Blue Prism (AIM: PRSM), a global leader in Robotic Process Automation ("RPA"), today announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Investec Bank, 2 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP on 20 March 2018 at 2.00 p.m.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 October 2017 and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted today to those shareholders who have requested hard copies. Copies of both documents are available to download from the Group's website at www.blueprism.com/investors.
