7 June 2005 Proteome Sciences plc Grant of Options Proteome Sciences plc ("the Company") today announces that on the 3 June itgranted options to C.D.J. Pearce and J.L. Malthouse to replace options underthe Proteome Sciences plc Executive Share Option Scheme (No. 2) which lapsed onthe 19 May, 2005, during which time the Company was in a close period.The options, which are on similar terms to those which lapsed on the 19 May,2005, are exercisable for a period of one month from the date of grant, exceptif the Company enters into an unforeseen close period during that month inwhich case the new options will be exercisable for a period of one month fromthe end of that close period.The options granted were as follows: Number of Shares Exercise Price Per Share C.D.J.
