Primorus announces that it received notification on 18 March 2021 that Rupert Labrum, Executive Chairman of the Company, and Simon Holden, the Company Secretary, purchased 1,000,000 and 224,606 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company respectively. Further details are set out in the Notification of Dealing Forms below.
Following his purchase, Rupert Labrum holds 21.11 per cent. of the Company's share capital. The shares purchased represent 0.72 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
