The Company was notified today that Nigel Luckett (‘Mr Luckett’), Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 290p. As a result of this transaction, Mr Luckett is now interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.44% of the issued share capital of the Company.
