PPHC, the leading government relations and public affairs group of companies providing a comprehensive range of advisory services, has been notified that on 18 September 2023 Mr. Simon Lee, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 8,000 Common Shares at 125 pence each and 72,000 Common Shares at 127 pence each.
Following this transaction, Simon Lee holds 204,824 shares, representing 0.18 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
