Total Voting Rights

The following notification is made in accordance with Rule 5.6 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As at 8 July 2024, PPHE's issued share capital consists of 44,347,410 ordinary shares of no par value, of which 2,272,110 were held as treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 8 July 2024 is 42,075,300 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
