Result of Annual General Meeting

The Board of IPSO is pleased to announce that, at the annual general meeting of the Company held earlier today, resolutions 1 and 2, relating to adoption of the 2012 Report & Accounts and the re-appointment of the Company's auditors, were duly passed. Following the passing of all resolutions put to the General Meeting of the Company held on 14th January 2013, resolutions 3 and 4, relating to authority to allot new shares and dis-apply pre-emption rights, were not put to the meeting.
