Director's Shareholding
Sula (AIM: SULA), the gold exploration company focused on Sierra Leone, was yesterday notified that further to the Company's Placing and Subscription of 18 November 2016, in which Matt Wood, an Executive Director of the Company, subscribed for, in aggregate, 16,172,848 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), 11,904,762 of such Ordinary Shares, held by ONE Advisory Limited (the "ONE Advisory Shares"), a company of which Matt Wood is a director, were yesterday distributed directly to certain employees of ONE Advisory Limited.
Accordingly, Matt Wood is now interested in 5,763,727 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
