The Company was notified on 25 January 2017 that Mr Hugh Aldous, a Non-executive Director of Polar Capital, bought 20,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") for his personal holding at 374.27p per share. Following this transaction Mr Aldous is interested in a total of 60,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
