Total Voting Rights

The Company would like to notify the market that as at the date of this announcement, the issued share capital of the Company with voting rights attached consists of 311,789,151 Ordinary Shares of no par value each with one vote per share. There are no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 311,789,151. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification requirements) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules or otherwise.
