Voting Rights and Share Capital
In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1 R) Petropavlovsk PLC ('Petropavlovsk' or the 'Company') is required to notify the market of the following:
As at 3 July 2020, the issued share capital of Petropavlovsk consisted of 3,312,825,822 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 1 pence each. Petropavlovsk does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in Petropavlovsk is 3,312,825,822 ordinary shares.
