CORRECTION- INTERIM DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Petropavlovsk PLC announces that further to the press release "Half-Year Report for the Period Ended 30 June 2010" released at 7.01 on 26 August 2010 under RNS number 6610R the record date for payment of the interim dividend should be 1 October 2010 rather than 1 September 2010.
