Panther Securities PLC has chosen to make the following announcement to discharge its obligation to publish by no later than 31 December 2006, its total number of voting rights and capital.

PANTHER SECURITIES PLC - VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Panther Securities PLC's capital consists of 16,998,151 ordinary shares with voting rights. The company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The above figure (16,998,151) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Panther Securities PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
