Panmure Gordon expands its Research and Corporate Broking teams

Panmure Gordon is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Leinster (Consumer Analyst) and Mike Stewart (Retail Analyst), who join the Research team, and of Erik Anderson, who joins the Corporate Broking team. All bring a wealth of experience to Panmure Gordon.

Research

Jon Leinster

With over 20 years' experience in investment banking, Jonathan Leinster joins from UBS where he was most recently a managing director. Jon joined UBS in 1994 as part of the No 1 Extel rated consumer team. In his 20 years at UBS Jon has worked in both the consumer and leisure sectors. Jonathan will cover Consumer Staples, incorporating Tobacco stocks (Extel rated No.2) and food Producers (Extel rated No. 3).

Mike Stewart

Mike joins to cover the Retail sector where he will initially focus on the online sector together with general retail. Mike began his career at Shore Capital and has established himself as an authoritative voice on the retail scene.

Corporate Broking

Erik Anderson

After leaving Panmure Gordon in 2002, Erik joined Investec as Co-Head of Corporate Broking, after which he was Head of Corporate Broking at Canaccord Genuity and then Espirito Santo. He has 27 years' experience as a corporate broker and has acted for a wide range of clients across a number of sectors.
