In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility have the following notifiable interest in the Company arising from the reinvestment of the Company's final dividend of 5 pence per Ordinary Share, paid on 14 June 2013, in Dividend Shares through the Company's Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). The Dividend Shares were acquired at a price of £3.4781 per share on 21 June 2013.
The Company was advised of these transactions on 24 June 2013.
