Notice to holders of Regulation S Global Depositary Shares
PJSC Polyus (LSE, MOEX - PLZL) (the "Company") notes the notice issued yesterday by The Bank of New York Mellon, the depositary in respect of the Company's global depositary shares programs, to holders of Regulation S Global Depositary Shares representing shares of the Company ("GDSs") notifying the holders of the GDSs that the Company has decided not to proceed with the proposed exchange of the GDSs into Level I American depositary shares.
The Company's Regulation S GDSs (ISIN: US73181M1172; CUSIP: 73181M117), Rule 144A GDSs (ISIN: US73181M1099; CUSIP: 73181M109) and Level I ADSs (ISIN: US73181P1021; CUSIP: 73181P102) will continue to trade on the London Stock Exchange under the trading symbols "PLZL", "PLZA" and "PLZB", respectively.
