Annual Financial Report
In order to comply with Disclosure and Transparency Rules 6.3.5 and 4.1.3,Ā the Annual Financial Report of OJSC Polyus GoldĀ ('the Company')Ā for 2008, comprised of the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company as of and for the year ended 31 DecemberĀ 2008, aĀ management report and directors' responsibility statement, is set forth below.
TheĀ CompanyĀ alsoĀ confirms thatĀ two copiesĀ of these documentsĀ have been submitted to the Financial Services Authority ('FSA'), andĀ will shortly be available for inspection at theĀ FSA'sĀ Document Viewing Facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.Ā
