Board Committee changes
Polypipe Group plc ("Polypipe") announces that with effect from 1 February 2019, Moni Mannings will step down as Chair of the Remuneration Committee but will remain a member of the Committee. Louise Hardy has been appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from the same date.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
