The notification submitted on 29 November 2022 (RNS number 9916H) incorrectly showed the percentage of voting rights as changing from 9.830856% to 10.292821% due to an outdated denominator being used to calculate the change. Following the transaction on 25 November 2022, with the correct denominator, Quilter PLC's total voting rights were 41,171,287 which changed the percentage of voting rights from 9.830856% to 8.57735%. | ||||
