Proposed disposal
Posting of Circular and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
Further to the announcement made on 1 July 2009, the Board of Photo-Me, the instant service equipment group, announces that the circular convening an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to approve the proposed disposal of Imaging Solutions AG ("ISAG"), the Group's wholesale photo-processing labs manufacturing business, is being posted to the Company's shareholders today.
The extraordinary general meeting is to be held at the Bookham Grange Hotel, Little Bookham, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT23 3HS at 11.00 am on Thursday 30 July 2009.
A copy of the circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the registered office of the Company, Church Road, Bookham, Surrey, KT23 3EU, and, during normal business hours, on any weekday at the UK Listing Authority's document viewing facility, which is situated at:
