The following replaces the announcement "Director/PDMR Shareholding" released on 14 April 2020 at 1:55pm under RNS No: 6067J.
The aforesaid announcement stated that Photo-Me was notified on 8th April 2020 that Mr Serge Crasnianski transferred his full ownership of 205,000 Ordinary Shares to Tibergest PTE LTD. This should have stated that Photo-Me was notified on 9th of April 2020. The announcement also stated, in the Price(s) and volume(s) and Aggregated information sections, that the volume of Ordinary Shares transferred was 250,000. This should have stated that the volume of Ordinary Shares transferred was 205,000. The amended announcement is set out in full below:

Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) or persons closely associated with them
Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified on 9th of April 2020 that Mr Serge Crasnianski, Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of Photo-Me, has transferred his full ownership of 205,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in Photo-Me ("Ordinary Shares") to Tibergest PTE LTD, a person closely associated with Mr Crasnianski, owing to administrative reasons (the "Transaction").
Mr Crasnianski is the ultimate beneficial owner of Tibergest PTE LTD, and as a result of the above transaction, Mr Crasnianski and persons closely associated with him have an interest of 87,625,701 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.18 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.
