("Photo-Me", or the "Company" or the "Group")
Exercise of share options, Director/PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified that on 6 September 2016, Françoise Coutaz-Replan, Non-executive Director, exercised options over 44,093 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's share option plan at a price of 36.67p per share. On 7 September 2016, she sold 5,893 of such Ordinary Shares in the market at a price of 164.2983p per share (the "Transaction").
The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares and have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the Company's existing block admission.
Following the Transaction Francoise Coutaz-Replan is interested in 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.05 percent of the issued share capital of the Company.
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the Transaction, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 376,404,871 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The figure of 376,404,871 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
