PDMR Notification
The Company announces that on 3 February 2020, the Blakeney Holdings Directors Pension Scheme, a pension scheme in which Sir John Lewis (Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Board of the Company) holds a beneficial interest, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 89.42 pence per Ordinary Share from The Crescent Trust, of which Sir John Lewis is deemed to indirectly discharge managerial responsibilities, to effect a transfer of holdings.
As a result of the above transactions, there is no overall change to the beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares connected with Sir John Lewis or persons closely associated with him, which remains at 25,000 Ordinary Shares and represents approximately 0.007 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
