Transaction in Own Shares
PROACTIS Holdings PLC (AIM: PHD), the specialist Spend Control software company, announces that earlier today it purchased 27,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 35.5 pence per share through its broker Daniel Stewart. The purchased shares will all be held in Treasury.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 38,277 Ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 30,779,556 Ordinary Shares of 10p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue.
The Company will continue to purchase its own shares for Treasury when appropriate and in accordance with the authority granted at the Company's last Annual General Meeting.
