PROACTIS signs Fortune 100 customer for cloud-based e-Procurement solution
PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS", the "Group" or the "Company"), the specialist Spend Control solutions provider, is delighted to announce a significant and strategically important contract win from its US operation.
The spend control and e-Procurement specialist today announced a Fortune 100 organisation has selected PROACTIS' software to streamline its purchase-to-pay processes. Its solution will help to achieve process efficiencies, deliver cashable economies of scale and reduce error and waste across their purchase-to-pay cycle.
The deployment includes cloud-based application delivery for multi-site operations, using data centres that are compliant with SAS 70 Type II requirements for physical and logical security, and will leverage PROACTIS' experience in technical integration.
The initial agreement is for a minimum $500,000 commitment for PROACTIS Software-as-a-Service over a non-cancellable three year term with a pre-agreed roll-out plan for up to 150,000 users.
