Issue of Equity
PROACTIS Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that 415,207 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") have been issued at a price of 10.0p per share, pursuant to the exercise of share options. The options were granted as part of the final element of consideration in respect of the acquisition of Alito (UK) Limited.
Application has been made for the 415,207 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 5 April 2011.
The total number of Ordinary Shares, with voting rights, in issue following the above issue will be 31,483,040.
