PROACTIS Holdings PLC
Â
Financial Director Appointment
Â
Â
PROACTIS Holdings PLC, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, is pleased to announce that, after further discussion with the Board, Tim Sykes has agreed to remain on the Board and become the Company's full-time Chief Financial Officer ("CFO").
Â
For the last ten years, Tim has specialized in the provision of services to small listed companies on a part-time basis, sponsoring companies' development from a very early stage. Proactis has grown significantly in recent years and the Board expects this to continue. The Group now requires a full-time CFO which Tim originally felt didn't fit with his previous preference for working with smaller companies on a part-time basis. However, Tim shares in the Board's confidence in the future of the Group and this truly exciting opportunity. As a result, and on reflection, Tim has decided to join full-time and will play a leading role in the Group's M&A programme, its investor relations strategy and the commercialisation of the Group's Accelerated Payment Facility alongside the core responsibility of the CFO role.
Â
The Board is delighted that Tim has chosen to step away from his existing business model, take up this challenge for Proactis and commit all of his energy on a full-time basis.
