PROACTIS Holdings PLC (AIM: PHD), the specialist Spend Control software provider, announces that it was notified on 10 December 2012 that on that day Rod Jones, CEO, made an in specie transfer of 904,040 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from one SIPP account to another.
There has been no change in Rod Jones' beneficial holding, which remains at 1,867,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.91% of the issued share capital of the Company.
