Board change

PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS" or "the Group") announces that Mark McCarthy, Sales & Marketing Director of PROACTIS, has left the Company by mutual consent. Mark will work closely with the Company to achieve an orderly handover.

The Board wishes to reiterate the announcement following the Annual General Meeting of 21 December 2009 that trading is in line with expectations.

Rod Jones, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
