Natural Products Supply Agreement

Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of natural products to the agriculture and landscape industries, announces that it has entered into a multi-year supply agreement with The Scotts Company ("Scotts"), the global leader in the consumer lawn and garden industry. Under the terms of the agreement, Plant Health Care will supply Scotts with natural products for inclusion in their line of lawn and garden products for the retail market.

In addition to this agreement, the two companies have agreed to continue working together to explore future applications of Plant Health Care's technologies in products for the retail lawn and garden and professional horticulture markets.
