Result of AGM
Plant Health Care® (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to global agriculture markets, announces that the resolutions put to Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today were duly passed by way of a poll.
The Board notes that there was a significant minority who voted against Resolution 1 and the Board will engage with shareholders to understand their views. In accordance with the QCA Corporate Governance Code, to which the Company adheres, any action proposed by the Board following such engagement will be included in the Corporate Governance section of the Company's website.
