Result of Annual General Meeting and Board Changes

The Directors of Plant Health Care plc are pleased to announce that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

As announced in the Company's final results on 24 March 2009, Thomas Isler has stepped down from the Board following today's AGM, having served eight years as a director of Plant Health Care plc and its predecessor companies. Following Mr. Isler's retirement from the Board, Samuel Wauchope has been appointed senior independent director.

At the meeting, Chairman of Plant Health Care, Albert Fischer said: "I would like to thank all of our team at Plant Health Care for their support and hard work. We continue to make very strong progress which has recently culminated in Monsanto further increasing their order for Harpin for the 2010 growing season. I would also like to thank our shareholders who have supported the company against a difficult economic backdrop. We look forward to the rest of 2009 with great optimism."
