Notification of Major Interest in Shares
Plant Health Care (AIM / CISX: PHC), confirms that it was notified on Monday, 13 August 2012 that the estate of Dr. Branco Weiss disposed of 445,076 shares on July 11th 2012, reducing its holding to 3.76% and further disposed of 1.5M shares on 13 July 2012, taking its interests in the Company to below the 3% disclosable threshold. Dr. Branco Weiss ceased to hold shares in the Company as of 16th July 2012.
