Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC) announces that James Ede-Golightly will step down as non-executive director of the Company with effect from 30 November 2016 in order to focus on other commitments. William Lewis will assume James' roles on the Company's audit and remuneration committees.
Dr Christopher Richards, Executive Chairman and Interim CEO, commented "James has made substantial contributions to Plant Health Care since joining the Board in 2013 and we wish him well in his future endeavors."
