Plant Health Care PLC29 April 2005 Plant Health Care plc ("the Company") Directors' Holdings The Company yesterday (28 April 2005) approved the following allotment ofordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to thenon-executive directors and the company secretary. The Ordinary Shares have been allotted at 35.5p per Ordinary Share (being theclosing middle market price of the average of three days prior to theannouncement on 26 April 2005).
