Plant Health Care PLC17 May 2007 17 May 2007 PLANT HEALTH CARE PLC ("Plant Health Care" or "the Company") BOARD CHANGE Plant Health Care, (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of natural products forplants and soil, announces that Walter Bratkowski, Finance Director has resignedfrom the Board and the Company, with immediate effect, to pursue other businessinterests. The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Weaver, who willbecome Chief Financial Officer from 23 May 2007; it is intended that he will beappointed to the Board in due course. Mr Weaver has extensive senior management experience, with a career spanningcorporate finance and industry. From 2004 to date, he has been CFO of Xaloy Inc,the global leader in machinery components and processing systems for theplastics industry, prior to which he was CFO and subsequently Senior VicePresident and General Manager of Carbride/Graphite Group Inc. He started hiscareer with PNC Bank, working in International Financial Services and CorporateFinance. Mr Weaver has a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance.
