Plant Health Care plc (the "Company")

Blocklisting

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 3,313,507 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Plant Heath Care, Inc. 2001 Equity Incentive Plan, the Plant Health Care plc Unapproved Share Option Scheme 2004 and 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan. The Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
