Result of AGM
Plant Health Care (AIM / CISX: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to the global agriculture markets confirms that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting held in London earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
In accordance with the resolution passed at the meeting, the Company will take steps to delist its shares from the Channel Islands Securities Authority Ltd. and anticipates delisting will take place on 22 May 2014.
