Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
The Company was notified yesterday that, on 01 October 2014, Dr Mike Watts, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 1,823 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of £3.823 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 26 March 2013.
Following this transaction, which represents 0.0005% of the issued share capital of the Company, Dr Watts holds 96,149 Shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
