New consulting subsidiary
ILX Group plc (AIM: ILX), the AIM quoted provider of e-learning software and business training, is pleased to announce a new consulting subsidiary, ILX Consulting Pty ("ILXC"), an organisational improvement and project management services company, continuing the Company's recently stated objectives.
ILXC is located in Sydney, Australia. It has been created to forge a new revenue stream to compliment that already provided by its sister company, ILX Group Pty Ltd, which is based in the region. ILXC will help corporate clients reform their service and supply chain, improve and transform information technology organisations, develop organisational efficiency and provide overall project and program management.
The ILXC founding team is led by David Dowling who has successfully led major programme deliveries in the corporate and shared services sector over a number of years. ILXC will focus on developing the significant relationships which have been built up by its management team and through its sister company ILX Group Pty Ltd. Among the divisions first clients are significant leading Telco and Government businesses.
