ILX Group PLC18 May 2005 ILX Group plc Contract Gain ILX Group plc ('ILX Group'), the AIM quoted education and training company,announces that it has signed a contract to supply over £250,000 of ProjectManagement training products for a major UK telecommunications company. Under the agreement, Mindscope, a division of ILX Group, will supply training inProject Management and will focus on the PRINCE2 project managementaccreditation. ILX Group is distinctive in its ability to provide a full serviceoffering of Computer-based training, Classroom-based training and consultativeservices to the fast growing market for PRINCE2. This contract represents the largest single deal to date for Mindscope which,prior to joining the ILX Group, produced an annual turnover in the region of£850,000. The contract includes £70,000 which will be accounted for in the yearended 31 March 2005 with the remaining £180,000 impacting 2006 figures. ILX Group will announce results for the year ended 31 March 2005 on 13 June2005. Mindscope was bought by ILX Group in December 2004 for a total consideration of£1.27m. Mindscope specialises in classroom training for PRINCE2 and in otheraspects of Project and Programme Management.
