Results of Annual General Meeting and General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting, held yesterday, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
In addition, at a General Meeting, also held yesterday to approve the proposed Demerger of the Company's Electricity Business into a new entity, Andina plc, the resolutions put to shareholders to effect the Demerger, were all duly passed.
