Annual General Meeting
Phoenix Global Resources plc (AIM: PGR; BCBA: PGR), the upstream oil and gas company, announces that a copy of the 2020 Annual Report together with the notice for the 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), have been posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at the offices of Phoenix Global Resources at King's House, 10 Haymarket, London SW1Y 4BP at 11.00am on 30 June 2021. The Annual Report will be made available on the Company's website.
In light of the current UK Government Covid-19 restrictions, unfortunately we do not expect shareholders to be able to attend the 2021 AGM in person. Therefore, unless the guidance changes, attendance will be limited to the minimum number required to form a quorum, which will be facilitated by the Company. Therefore, in lieu of attending the AGM, shareholders are requested to complete and return the form of proxy to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy with their voting instructions. Should the meeting arrangements change in response to updated UK Government restrictions and guidance, the Board will communicate any such changes to shareholders through a Regulatory Information Service announcement.
