("Phoenix" or the "Company")
Long-term Incentive Awards
The Board of Phoenix (AIM:PGR; BCBA:PGR) announces that it has made a grant of share awards to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
These awards represent the third grant of long-term incentive awards made under the Long Term Incentive Plan adopted on 10 August 2017 ("LTIP") and made by the Company further to the announcement of the Company's interim results for the six-month period ending 30 June 2021.
The awards have been granted as nil-cost conditional awards, over a total of 13,688,113 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.49% of the Company's issued share capital and are subject to performance conditions based on the Company's performance and a vesting period of three years followed by an additional post-vesting holding period of a further two years (subject to the rules of the LTIP). The awards are also subject to claw-back and malus provisions.
