Admission to trading on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange
Further to the announcement on 6 January 2010, the Board of Andes (AIM: AEN), the Latin American energy group, is pleased to announce the admission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange ("BASE").
Andes is the first AIM company to have its shares admitted to trading on both AIM and the BASE. The trading symbol on both exchanges will be AEN.
An English translation of the Comisión Nacional de Valores ("CNV") prospectus will made be available, in accordance with CNV regulations, on the Company's website at www.andesenergiaplc.com.ar in due course. Announcements made by Andes to the BASE can be found at www.cnv.gov.ar
