Issue of Warrants

Pathfinder announces that it has issued warrants to a long standing corporate adviser to subscribe for 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company in line with its contractual obligations. The warrants are exercisable for a period of up to 24 months at a price of 1.25p, a premium of approximately 150% to the closing mid-market share price on 3 November 2020.
