PATHFINDER MINERALS PLC
("Pathfinder" or "the Company")
CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND ALLOTMENT OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES
The Board of Pathfinder Minerals Plc announces a change of registered and business address to: 2nd Floor, 30 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1JJ.
The Board also announces that it has today issued and allotted 4,000,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to various parties who have exercised their conversion rights in respect of £60,000 under the Convertible Loan Agreements which were approved by Shareholders on 21 December 2009.
Application has been made for these new Ordinary Shares in Pathfinder, which, when issued, will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM. This is expected to be on 23 March 2010.
Following this issue of shares:
Mark Pearson has an interest in 3,333,333 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.58% of the issued share capital of Pathfinder;
Oakdown Limited has an interest in 666,667 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.92% of the issued share capital of Pathfinder.
As a result of this issue:
the 6,666,667 Ordinary Shares held by Sebou Oil Services Ltd now represents 19.16% of the issued share capital of Pathfinder;
the 3,333,333 Ordinary Shares held by Hornbuckle Mitchell Trustees Limited and Nicholas Trew as Trustees of the Private Pension of N S Trew now represents 9.58% of the issued share capital of Pathfinder;
the 3,333,333 Ordinary Shares held by Swandale Limited now represent 9.58% of the issued share capital of Pathfinder;
the 2,333,333 Ordinary Shares held by Hill Street Investments Plc represent 6.71% of the issued share capital of Pathfinder.
the 2,333,333 Ordinary Shares held by Hornbuckle Mitchell Trustees Limited and Timothy Baldwin as Trustees of the Private Pension of T E Baldwin now represent 6.71% of issued share capital of Pathfinder;
the 1,400,000 Ordinary Shares held by Peter Downer now represent 4.02% of the issued share capital of Pathfinder;
the 1,400,000 Ordinary Shares held by Jacqueline Ann Phelps now represent 4.02% of the issued share capital of Pathfinder; and
the 1,333,333 Ordinary Shares held by Bryce Roxburgh now represent 3.83% of the issued share capital of Pathfinder.
Following this issue of shares the Company has an enlarged share capital of 34,797,138 Ordinary Shares of 1p, and £104,000 remains outstanding under the Convertible Loan Agreements.
