Director/PDMR Transaction - Initial Notification
The Company announces that the awards over the Company's ordinary shares of 20 8/11p each ("Ordinary Shares") granted on 1 March 2016 in the form of Matching Awards under the Provident Financial Performance Share Plan 2013 ("PSP") and in the form of conditional share awards under the Provident Financial Long Term Incentive Scheme 2015 lapsed on 1 March 2019 following the non-achievement of the relevant three year performance targets.
However, the Basic Awards granted on 1 March 2016 under the PSP vested as normal, as these were not subject to performance conditions, and the Company was notified on 4 March 2019 of the automatic sale of unrestricted shares at £5.93, made to satisfy tax and national insurance contributions only, in relation to the Ordinary Shares by Ken Mullen and Shamus Hodgson, who are all directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in the Company.
