Transactions in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company announces that on 20 September 2018, Alastair Murray exercised an award over 157,560 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company under the Premier Foods plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP"). The DSBP award was granted on 3 June 2016, in respect of the financial year ended 2 April 2016, and vested on 2 June 2018. Mr Murray then sold sufficient shares to cover income tax and employee national insurance on 20 September 2018 at a price of 42.25p per share.
