Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that Rajesh Verma, a PDMR, sold 400,000 ordinary shares of US$0.025 each in the Company (the "Shares") at 1219.06 pence per Share on 15 March 2010.

Following this transaction, Mr Verma's total holding in the Company amounts to 1,690,358 Shares, representing 0.489 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 345,629,656 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
